Our processes and procedures are certified at CMMI level 3, supported by our certified PMO processes, ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 20000 (IT Service Management), and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management). Help Desk, Network Development, & Systems Admin

Lynker works with our clients to ensure good automated monitoring of system performance, and make recommendations for performance improvement and improved coverage of monitoring tools. We tailor the enterprise monitoring plan to meet the data effort specific requirements for availability and response-time, SLAs, and technology specific instrumentation.

Cloud Architecture

Lynker designed infrastructure using AWS and Azure, migrated data and applications in NOAA offices within the Weather Service, Ocean Service, and Fisheries Service. These include mission critical applications with stringent SLAs for quality and timeliness; and responsible for distributing oceanographic charts, managing thousands of commercial fishing licenses and millions of fishing records, and forecasting flood and inundation events in real-time.

Lynker is a prime contractor on key multiple-award contracts across the federal government. Our contract vehicle selection includes government-wide and agency-specific contracts, Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contracts, GSA schedules and other prime IDIQs and BPAs.
