Compliance and Expert Consultation

We expertly apply and help implement NEPA, ESA, Magnuson-Stevens Act, National Historic Preservation Act, and other Federal and state laws, guidance and regulations. We develop, write and consult on Biological Opinions, Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements, ESA Section 4 and 7 consultations, treaty negotiations, and various management plans for federally protected areas.

Strategic Planning

Lynker helps our customers – from mid-level to senior leadership – implement line/regional office and divisional program objectives. We assist in developing for both short and long-range planning strategies, cooperative agreements, and program activities. Lynker also contributes to operations across a wide range of Federal, state, and local government and non-government research initiatives.

Program & Project Management

Lynker helps our customers manage regulatory, compliance, outreach, and many other projects. Our experts develop policies, budgets, work plans, and other tools to efficiently meet resource management objectives. Lynker’s ISO-certified Corporate Quality Management System and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan drive our successful project management regime and ensure the best quality service to our customers in terms of process, responsibilities, methods, timelines, metrics, and measurable quality of work. We are second to none in defining chains of command and lines of communication, as well as describing risks, dependencies, constraints, and other information required to proactively manage projects to successful completion.

Administrative Support

Lynker provides vital administrative, fiscal, personnel and office support to our customers, bringing innovative office automation software into the client workspace, including collaborative word processing, forms handling, spreadsheet, and graphics support for technical reports, presentations, and publications. We track expenditures and contracts, invoice payment, and assist with procurement and travel. Lynker team members facilitate visitor, staff, intern access to federal offices by processing required paperwork, and our personnel coordinate day-to-day operations and logistics.
